Our friends at Loira Vines (on the Tamar Valley wine route in Northern Tasmania), serve a wonderful selection of local foods in platter form at their cellar door.
They were experimenting with our Maqui Berry Powder and added it to their usual golden honeycomb.
It turned green.
We have also noticed this when adding to strong yellow foods such as egg. Depending on the amount of Maqui Berry Powder added and the food type, the colour either turns blue or green.
We were lucky to sample the honeycomb and it was delish.
