Iceypole recipe that was a winner!

Serves 6


Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen cherries (minus pips)

250mls coconut water

2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt for dairy lovers.

1 teaspoon chia seeds

5 mint leaves

2 tablespoons Maqui Berry Powder


Method

Blend

Decant into iceypole container

Freeze for minimum 3 hours

Eat and repeat 😋
