This is where I've been this week. It's a slow business but managable as just a once a year harvest.
The purple hands wash off easily but a nice perk of the job - lets others know what I've been up to 🥰
Have had many a visitor from wildlife whilst picking: birds and bees galore, but also bandicoots, blue tongue lizards and so many leeches, which I guess must be a good sign of moistness levels.
It's been a very mild summer so far with cool evenings which has made picking all the more bearable.
