Woke up to a 15 degree morning - which is positively roasting for 6am at this time of year, in this part of the world. We are so happy Summer is nearly here. Our daughter loves home made icey poles - she wanted to try squeezed orange juice iceypoles but then was disappointed once they had froze and called them 'disgusting' :-). We tried making Maqui and blueberry icey poles instead, and hope that they win her over. Have you tried adding Maqui to icey poles or icecream? Interesting to watch the colour change once frozen.
