What is better Açai or Maqui berries?



Another frequently asked question!

I would like to reframe the question to what can these berries do for my overall health.

They both offer similar qualities but also some uniquely different ones too !

You don’t need to just have one or the other you can enjoy both and the health benefits that ensue.

Both berries originate from the same continent.

Both are high in anthocynanins which give the berries the delightful purple colour.

Açai contains iron and calcium minerals plus healthy fats.

Maqui contains vitamin c so can be incredibly beneficial as an immune booster.

Açai is the more well known of the fruits - but slowly Maqui will become known not as a competitor but a complimentary berry for every day or week consumption.
