We have been lucky to have an abundance of beetroot this year. The first year I've grown them.
I decided with the two biggest ones to try making sauerkraut.with a dash of Maqui Berry Powder.
As you may have read I tried making kimchi a few months back so in that mindset sauerkraut was my next logical step ! Perhaps I should have tried in the opposite order 😂
Beetroot of course has a fantastic reputation as a liver cleanser and who doesn't need one of those every now and again.
Beetroots have many great qualities that are alike to the Maqui Berry. Including being high in vitamin C and they both can support you with lowering your blood pressure.
Beetroot and Maqui combined become un-beet-able ❤️
