SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders will be sent within 2 business days via Australia Post, to the address supplied by customer.

Delivery times are as per Australia Post schedule. Please note, Maqui Berry Products is located in a regional area so delivery times aren't the same as for metropolitan locations. 

 

We offer two postage options within Australia. Orders up to 500grams will be sent using compostable postage bags where possible. Orders over 500grams you can choose between Australia Post prepaid post bags or compostable postage bags.

 

To compost the compostable post bags at home, you can simply place directly into your compost. The address label is displayed using a compostable sticker, any additional postage labels need to be removed prior to composting.  If you prefer you can chop up the mailer to quicken the compost process. The post bags can also break down in commercial compost. If you need to locate a composter nearby to you visit click here, or ask your local council for a green waste bin if you haven't already got one. You also can check if your council allows home compostable items to be included as it's done on a council-by-council basis, for now.

Postage price for either postage options is based on the Australia Post pricing structure.  Maqui Berry Products takes no responsibility for product damaged enroute (via third party) to its intended destination. Maqui Berry Products takes care in packaging your order to minimise any likelihood of damage during transport.
